Liliana Corzo has over 25 years of professional experience, focused on financing public and private infrastructure projects and public services. She is also an expert in financing and restructuring federal, state, and municipal public debt.

Additionally, Liliana has extensive experience in derivative financial operations and bank guarantees for public debt bond issuances.

• Legal structure of large-scale infrastructure projects such as IMSS and ISSSTE hospitals, federal penitentiaries, universities and educational centers, public parks, wastewater treatment plants, federal and state toll highways, landfills, public transportation projects, ports and airports. The above, advising both public sector entities in the implementation of tenders, as well as private sector entities wishing to participate in them or invest in such projects.
• Advice in the financing phase of infrastructure projects, advising both banking entities and project developers.
• Advice on the sale and purchase of companies with brown field infrastructure projects.
• Structuring of public debt of the three levels of government of practically all the states of the Mexican Republic.
